Bonjour et merci de m'aider à resoudre le problème.

Au demarrage de windows le CPU (intel pentium4 / 2.80 ) reste chargé à cent pour cent.
Les applications sont alors executées difficilement (lenteur) .
La temperature du CPU augmente significativement.

Dés que je me connecte à internet tout redevient normal:
Le CPU se libere à une charge normale,
Sa température redevient normale de meme que les applications s'executent correctement.

Verifications entreprises:
- configuration de dechargement automatique de dll en memoire sans resultats positifs.
- scan à plusieurs reprises ( problemes de virus, spyware etc...).Pas d'encombres.
- entretien du PC executé (defragmentation, nettoyage du registre,....)
- emploi de TuneUp pour cet entretien.

Merci d'avance pour tous ceux qui m'aideront à resoudre ce problàme.

Et ta essayer de le laisser aller voir s'il n'arrêterait pas tout seul après un certain moment? Car c'est en partie normal ce que tu décris, vista prend beaucoup de puissance au démarrage. Ensuite faut voir le restant de la config de ta machine...

Merci pour ta reponse. J'affiche ci-joint le rapport hijackthis si ça peut t'aider à voir plus clair ce problème. Quant au temps laissé à windows de se stabiliser apres le demarrage,je pense que plus d'un quart d'heure est suffisant pour que le systeme deploie toute sa puissance.

En verifiant dans le gestionnaire des taches, j'ai observé sous l'onglet des processus que l' Internet Explorer est à l'origine de cette charge excessive du CPU (100%) avant meme que je n'etablisse de connexion à internet ni meme ouvrir l'IE.

Par ailleurs, à l'instant meme ou j'etablis la connexion à internet, je reçois le message suivant de Microsoft:

Programme DTC console MS a cessé de fonctionner et a eté arreté.
Un probleme est a l'origine du dysfontionnement de cette
application. Windows vous previendra si une solution est
disponible.

Je n'ai reçu aucune notification dans "Rapports et solutions aux probleme".

Hum moi je dirais que ta installé quelque chose qui cherche à se connecter via IE et qui cause problème.. je peux pas voir quoi, mais par-contre tu semble avoir pas mal de trucs qui démarre en même temps que windows.. Va faire un tour dans msconfig et sur l'onglet démarrage, décoche tout, ensuite on voit..

Effectivement, j'ai tout decoché sous l'onglet demarrage et redemarré la machine.
Le probleme a persisté. J'ai refait un tour dans msconfig et surprise, j'ai trouvé un seul
programme toujours coché "microsoft msn msrg". Je ne sais pas ce que c'est. Il etait niché
à C:/users/Appdata/roaming. Peut etre msn messenger? je ne sais pas.
Suprimé, tout est redevenu normal meme pour msn messenger. Mais......mais....mais.....
Le message de Microsoft concernant MSDTC continue toujours d'arriver.

Apparement, il n'y a pas d'incidence sur le systeme.
J'ai effectué une verification avec sfc/scannow sans resultat.

Merci pour la solution et j'attends toujours de solutionner le probleme du MSDTC

Enfin le probleme a ete resolu par une reinstallation du systeme d'exploitation sur un nouveau disque dur. L'ancien etait signalé par le systeme comme etant defectueux.
Certainnement la defectuosité signalée entraine l'arret du MSDTC, je suppose.
Posté a titre informatif.
